Sanjay Brahmawar joined QAD as Chief Executive Officer on March 17, 2025, bringing decades of global leadership experience in software, and driving innovation-led growth. Prior to QAD, he served as CEO of Software AG, where he drove the business through a major evolution into a modern, growing SaaS and subscription-led enterprise. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at IBM, overseeing global AI and IoT solutions. Sanjay has also held leadership positions at PwC, FedEx, DSM, and Honda, gaining extensive expertise across technology, industrial, and consulting sectors. He is passionate about building great products and delivering customer success and is incredibly excited to be leading QAD in its next stage of growth and industry leadership.

Kara Bellamy started at QAD in 2004, but her first introduction to ERP was through an industry client while working as an accountant at Ernst & Young. She is currently responsible for all of QAD’s external reporting including consolidated U.S. GAAP and local statutory reporting, internal audit, customer operations and treasury operations.

Amit Sharma joined QAD as President of Manufacturing ERP. Amit joins QAD from SAP, where he served as Vice President of Product for Manufacturing Industries. Over a 20-year career spanning across 3 continents, he has been at the forefront of ERP innovation, launching and scaling modern cloud solutions for some of the world’s most complex manufacturing environments.
In his role, Amit defined SAP’s overall product strategy for discrete manufacturing, overseeing the long-term investments in product, Physical AI and Agentic AI initiatives, and led SAP’s critical industry partnerships with Nvidia and AWS. He also led the development and launch of the very first Industry focused AI Agents across SAP Industries.
Known for his ability to blend deep industry expertise with a relentless customer focus, Amit has built a reputation for helping manufacturers unlock efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage through technology. A strong advocate for customers, Amit will bring the velocity, innovations and quality into QAD’s product portfolio to deliver substantial outcomes for our customers.

Ken Fisher is the President of Redzone, driving the company's mission to transform the manufacturing industry by empowering frontlines. His team enhances current offerings while developing innovative tools to boost factory productivity. Ken’s leadership ensures Redzone’s solutions are aligned with the real-world needs of manufacturers, helping plants achieve goals across productivity, compliance, maintenance and culture. Since joining Redzone in 2016 as a Continuous Improvement Coach, Ken has leveraged his frontline experience to simplify work for factory teams and empower them to drive results. Prior to Redzone, he spent 20 years in manufacturing operations and lean transformation, and contributed to Villanova University’s Lean Six Sigma certification programs.

Robin Colman joined QAD as Chief Operating Officer on September 1, 2025, bringing 15+ years of deep operational experience in transforming application and infrastructure software businesses - both in a public and private equity backed setting. Most recently, Robin served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Transformation and Corporate Development at Software AG, where he spearheaded an ambitious SaaS and Subscription transformation, drove operational excellence and led a value creating M&A agenda, all with a relentless focus on customer value. Robin is a truly global executive, having lived and worked across North America, Europe and the Middle East, and prior to Software AG held various senior leadership positions at IBM and Premier Farnell.

Roy Arguelles brings a unique blend of customer experience and supply chain expertise, helping companies reimagine how they engage customers while driving operational excellence. With a background in brand interaction and enterprise transformation, Roy leads global efforts to modernize the way companies operate and deliver value. His focus is on turning supply chains into agile, customer-centric engines for growth and differentiation.

An innovative, results-oriented leader, Chris Gutheil is committed to delivering value to customers and empowering engineering teams to produce high-quality results. He joined QAD as Chief Engineering Officer in 2022, and with his knack for scaling and growing geographically dispersed teams, as well as his experience implementing Agile processes, he is a perfect fit for QAD's mission of providing adaptive enterprise cloud solutions for manufacturing and supply chain. Chris has spent more than 20 years in the B2B SaaS-software space. Prior to joining QAD, Chris worked for more than nine years at Accruent, a leader in facilities management SaaS software. During his tenure, he helped grow Accruent through 3 private equity cycles, finally closing a $2B sale to Fortive in 2019. He also played a crucial role in their M&A activities, integrating multiple acquisitions and leading technical diligence for more than $2B in closed transactions. Before Accruent, Chris honed his skills at various technology-focused companies, including Clarity Ventures, TraceGains, and AgInfoLink. These experiences in software development, support and project management prepared him to excel in his current role at QAD, driving the development of next-generation manufacturing and supply chain solutions. When Chris isn't developing cutting-edge software solutions, he enjoys a good laugh and is known for his approachable demeanor. As a team player, he is always willing to lend a hand and help his team succeed. With his strong background and dedication to innovation, Chris is an essential member of QAD's leadership team.
